How will gold work in the next build?

So any idea yet how gold will work in the next build? will it be a renewable resource?

Kind of, there will be much more of it and it will be much slower to mine. So it will act like renewable. But I'm still figuring out how to achieve this.

Maybe there could be a room type you can buy with gold that while minions work it, the room will generate gold. So it is kind of like you are reinvesting the initial gold ore into a more sustainable resource. That or make a way to sell the weapons your minions make in the forge.

Maybe black marek where we can sell looted items I don't necessarily need 50 swards my goblins make if I could sell those that would make life easier.

Will you always be able to see ores through walls?

If you look back at the history of alchemy, one of its original goals was to turn common metals into gold. You can make a research option after unlocking alchemy for gold making so that people working in the lab can also make gold instead of just potions?
