While trying to start I get an error:
./keeper: error while loading shared libraries: libXmu.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
lbxmu6 is installed so probably just 64bit problem, it runs fine with wine though.

    #560

Hmmm… keeper is a 32 bit binary, so I would assume that you don't have the 32bit version of libXmu installed…

Hold on, I'll try to cook a 64-bit linux version tomorrow,  I already promised it to a few people.

    #562

Don't know if it helps or not, but Debian 64-bit:

Hi, you need to upgrade your gcc. I use 4.8.2. (Debian testing)

Here is a linux 64bit version, can you check if it's working?
    https://bitbucket.org/miki151/keeperrl/downloads/keeperRL_alpha8_linux64bit.zip

    #565

Sorry I didn't get back sooner.  I've been able to play using the precompiled version.  I was just trying to compile myself.  Come to find out, my machine was in need of updating so I haven't had a chance to try recompiling yet.

    #566

Binary works great, performance is much better than on wine. I also managed to build it from sources, had to install some libs manually in correct versions, but it works. I have given myself a bit more mana 😉
