I'd like to have creatures specialize into classes. Some combinations would be preferred, some impossible, much like in traditional RPG.
For the start we'd have:
– warrior
– archer
– assassin
– mage
– healer
– mechanic (?)
So besides generic training, which would increase stats, you'd have minions train at guilds. They would learn one from another, so having one skilled archer would make other creatures learn archery pretty fast. Possibly, some would only be unlocked if you recruit a “teacher” creature.
They could influence the teams, like one high level warrior would make other warriors in the team more brave.
