    I have the demo from the itch.io site and I can't seem to get the game to open.  I try to run keeper_mac.command and it tells me I don't have permission.  Then I change the permissions of the file and still don't get anything.  Any suggestions as to what I can do to try to get this to work?

    I seem to have similiar issue, but with purchased version.

    The executable bit is missing in that file. You can set it yourself using the terminal or I could give you a steam key as that version is now superior anyway. If you prefer the latter, please send me an email: miki@keeperrl.com

    I had the same problem with the mac demo, I fixed it by calling:

    chmod u+x /keeper_mac.command

    using the terminal.
