Apologies if this is documented somewhere, but does room size affect productivity in libraries, workshops and laboratories, and training speed in training room? It would seem logical to me but I couldn't find out for sure.
No, it doesn't (unless it gets too crowded)
There's the whole “need more stacks to research” thing with libraries, though. Usually not a problem.
