I have orcs that are taking the clubs in the equipment room although they already have a weapon, as it lists 2 or 3 next to the weapon on the screen that appears when you click on a orc’s item slot inventory.
It’s most likely that these are 3 different orcs with 23 attack each owning a +4 club.
